Getting a Payoneer prepaid debit card is quite easy, as an example, getting a Payoneer card through Woo themes is one of the easiest methods that comes to mind.All that you have to do is go to the Woo themes site go to the affiliates tab and click on it, and then sign up for an Affiliate Program.

Depending on where you live on the globe, you might have to wait for your card to arrive for several weeks. Of course if you live in the US, it will be much faster.
Once you receive your Payoneer card, the next steps are to activate it and load money on it before you can start using it.
